Watch One Tree Hill Cast Members in Other TV Shows and Movies

One Tree Hill is currently in its 8th season and airs Tuesday Nights on the CW Schedule at 8PM (7 for any of you in time zones other than Eastern and Pacific). You don’t have to wait that long though to catch up on some of your favorite actors or episodes. You can watch a season on a One Tree Hill DVD, listen to the One Tree Hill soundtrack or see some of the actors in other movies and Television shows. Some have been in more recent movies, and many have guest starred on tv shows like CSI, NCIS, Gilmore Girls, and Dawson’s Creek. Actors like Bethany Joy starred on Soap Operas like Guiding Light before being on One Tree Hill.

Chad Michael Murray was pretty much the main character of One Tree Hill, Lucas Scott, until the last episode of season 6, when his character Lucas and Peyton played by Hillarie Burton left the show. Speculation is that they both could be back for the finale of the series if season 8 is the last season of One Tree Hill. We don’t know at this point however, if this is the last season or if they will be back. We can keep our fingers crossed though, right?

Chad Michael Murray also has had a couple of guest stints on shows that were extremely popular on the WB. He was on 11 episodes of Gilmore Girls in its first season, playing Tristin, who tended to torment Rory during her first year at Chilton. He also was on 12 episodes of Dawson’s Creek as Charlie in the 5^th Season. Interesting side note, both Mouth and Peyton were in an episode he was in. He has his own band and sings with Joey on this season od Dawson's Creek. I can’t remember if this was another love triangle or not with Joey and Jen since I haven’t gotten the DVD’s out in awhile.

He has also starred along side Hillary Duff in a Cinderalla Story, Lindsay Lohan in Freaky Friday and Paris Hilton in House of Wax.

Also,Chad Michael is appearing in the new ABC Family Christmas Movie "Christmas Cupid," airing December 12th.

It appears he is going to be in the movie Paper Wings, this is based on rumor though, a movie that is being produced by Will Smith’s production company and will star Tom Cruise and Reese Witherspoon.

CSI: Season 3 Episode 2 “The Accused is Entitled”

Hilarie Burton plays Peyton Sawyer on One Tree Hill who exited the show before the start of Season 7. Before starting on One Tree Hill she was a VJ for MTV and even did a guest stint as a VJ in Dawson’s Creek season 5.
She has had some parts on quite a few movies since then. My favorite Hilarie Burton Movie is The Secret Life of Bees where she plays the mom of Dakota Fanning’s character. She doesn’t get to much screen time however.

Most recently she will have a guest role on The Middle Man on USA starting in August and will be in a couple of episodes.

Sophia Bush plays Brooke Davis in One Tree Hill.  Over the course of the seasons her character has become a very successful business woman with a clothing line.  Also, in the season ender it appears she finally found someone to lover her back when she was proposed to by Julian. 
She has had some moderate success outside of One Tree Hill with some roles in a few recent movies.  You can also watch her in “Romance Looming” episode 17 of season 7 of Sabrina the Teenage Witch that aired in 2003.
